- Back Pain affects most adults sooner or later.

You have heard and seen this countless times before. You may be reading this in pain right now and are one of these statistics. But, you better do something.

What if you don't have a problem with back pain now. Is there a  way to determine if back pain is likely to occur? If you know it is going to happen you can do something to avoid it. This will save you a lot of pain, time, money and grief, as back pain affects your daily life.

The following is a simple testing procedure to check if you maybe will suffer from back pain in the near future. It might be back pain in the lower parts of your body, sciatica, upper back pain or even neck pain, and if these tests are positive, then back pain is likely to occur.

- Some tests will bring a clear picture in advance.

Look in a mirror without trying to get into a somehow good position. It is quite normal hat one shoulders position is a bit different than the other, this differences on both sides of your body are just normal, nothing to worry about.

- Lie down on your back and put the hands under your

pelvis at about belt height. Notice if one side has a wider gap than the

other means there is a height difference. If your pelvis is twisted there is a different gap, this indicates a miss-alignment at the lower back, this probably will lead to back pain or sciatica sometimes in the future.

- Straight leg raise.

If at any time performing this test you notice any pain, stop it immediately. Perform this test gently and slowly…

Lie on your back and move up one leg as far as you can, move it down and after do the same on the other side. If it is more easy to lift one leg relative to the other and there is any pain or stiffness performing this test indicates that there is pelvic and lower back plus muscle imbalance.

If any of these tests positive back pain will come sooner or later, in general when
experiencing back pain, correct it quick otherwise it gets worst and even chronic. If there is no pain at this tests you are quite ok. To keep ok do exercise every day, its just as simple.

- Most people suffer from back pain sooner or later, that also has something to do with the work they do and if they do some exercise.

Continuous exercise every day for about 30 minutes is the best anyone can do do prevent the problem in the first place. Since back muscles are sensitive to bending, twisting and lifting weight it is always necessary to keep in mind, don't overdo it. As back pain can emerge suddenly it always develops over a longer period of time.

- Back Pain Remedies

Massage is an effective way of reducing back pain but in any case the best is to find out the exact reason for the pain. The source is usually a bad posture or activities such as lifting, bending and twisting.

Several medicines are available for the treatment. Acetaminophen and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are the two commonly recommended drugs that for people suffering from low back pain. In case of acute pain, the doctors may recommend narcotic pain medications or muscle relaxants.

- Back pain is often a short term problem and might vanish after proper exercises and maybe take a painkiller.

Back pain is generally not an injury or illness and may even disappear without any medication. Painkillers, such as Aspirin and Ibuprofen could be useful in an initial stages.
